ABOUT THE TEAM

Our team is part of the Worldwide eCommerce organization and would love to have an intern who is passionate about marketing and providing customers with the best experience possible by sharing the right content at the right time. The Marketing function within Worldwide eCommerce is responsible for marketing and content strategy deployed across geographies, as well as for Worldwide internal and external communications and social engagement. What You Will Do
The eComm Content Operations intern will support the eComm Content Hub within Marketing, which has responsibility for facilitating process and standardization that drives overall efficiency and content performance. You will manage the day-to-day operations, optimize, and promote digital content for our Lenovo.com and community sites. You will maintain the processes and ensure the proper use of tools to manage, measure and optimize the content supply chain. The content operations intern will work with WW and Geography segment and merchandising teams to align on audience strategy to determine which content to publish, when and on which platforms. You will also partner with the WW Analytics, UX as well as geography teams to understand how content is performing and support testing for content optimization.

responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with teams such as product marketing and management, website production, and geography teams to plan and implement new products on the website

  • Support and meet service delivery targets for all new product launches as well as reporting of updated content; SLAs need refining

  • Operationalize and manage content taxonomies, identity areas of opportunities for improvement

  • Understand current digital content processes and identify areas of opportunities and explore process automation needs

  • Detail our content processes and tools as needed, or work with others to document

  • Ensure content processes are efficient and improve shared and re-usable resources

  • Enhance and refine current business management system for improved content performance and analytics (applies to both Content & Translation

  • Ensure the relevancy of content

QUALIFICATIONS

Who You Are:

  • Working towards a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Business

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines to successful completion

  • The ability to work and collaborate cross functionally

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience with SharePoint and/or a CMS

  • Experience working with outside agencies
